Jeffrey Haut

Jeffrey Haut is an attorney at Vernon Litigation Group, where he focuses his practice on the areas of cyberattack & data breach litigation and financial litigation matters.  Mr. Haut is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University and Indiana University – Bloomington Maurer School of Law. While studying at Indiana University, Mr. Haut worked as a research intern for the Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research at Indiana University, an NSA and Department of Homeland Security Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense. In 2016, Mr. Haut co-authored and published a law journal article in the University of California – Davis Business Law Journal, which compared international voluntary cybersecurity frameworks, and Mr. Haut has written extensively on cybersecurity-related issues.
